ОтветитьDo these exercises effect height?

ОтветитьI've had a back hump for many years. It always makes me lurch forward just a bit when I walk at a steady pace, which, frankly, I'm getting tired of. I'm hoping these exercises will help get rid of it. Thanks for posting this.
ОтветитьThese are awesome thank you so much
I just have one question: in your professional opinion, how long does it take to finally start seeing your spine straighten out?
I’ve slouched my whole life. Was always uncomfortable to stand or sit up straight (I’m 6’1). And now right where my back and shoulders meet my neck, my spine curves. And I want to correct it so bad.
The first part is too hard on the abs
ОтветитьThankyou i will start walk and sit straight because of you
ОтветитьHi Doc, please make a video on erb palsy exercises.
Ответитьi have a curved back but my right side has the hump out of it if i do this will that hump go away?
Ответитьamazing
ОтветитьThank you so much for what you do! I just found your channel last night and this morning I woke up straighter after just doing the exercises of two of your videos. Doing more now, subscribed to your channel and looking forward to lovely results! Do you have a set of exercises for lower back/pelvic area kinda going forward and the rest of your back leaning a little backward while knees being overstretched a little backward? Hope I explained it clearly ;) Thanks!
ОтветитьHey, just wanted to say to anyone that watches this like I first did and is worried about whether or not it'll work; I did the Seater Back Opener twice daily for just over a week and my dowager hump is almost entirely gone! Its almost scary to me that it worked so well and so quickly, but I'm certainly not complaining :)
ОтветитьHow frequently do you suggest these, e.g. every other day, every day?
ОтветитьThis guy is the best
ОтветитьHi, could u suggest exercise for 9yrs boy who has scoliosis problem. I'm from India.

ОтветитьThANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this easy yet extremely relaxing exercise video. It really helped me to get through this day filled with endless head-bending work. Really appreciated.
ОтветитьThanks Doc. I feel relieve 😌
ОтветитьHi dr Rowe was wondering if it’s normal for my head and neck to feel so heavy doing the first exercise, I felt like I was lifting a bowling bowl and my neck kept wanting to pull forward up. I also felt my hands trying to hold up my head weight
ОтветитьWell put, thank you..
ОтветитьThank You!
ОтветитьAs a retired office worker, after 32 years from age 20 to 52 sitting at a desk, I have terrible posture and upper back/neck pain... these videos really help. Sometimes I wish a giant would grab me by the head and just gently lift me off the ground and strech me all out... that would be glorious.
Ответитьlove your work Dr Rowe, thx for sharing the great exercises.
ОтветитьThis is absolutely great. My back humping for many years, well mostly because i was gaming too much when i still a kid. And i just feeling my back shoulder so tired also looking like old man. This is great that i don't need any equipment and be able to do it at home. Thanks alot.
ОтветитьThese stretches are all great, appreciate the video man
ОтветитьDo you have any videos for releasing the muscle between the shoulder blades? The muscle on my right shoulder blade has been sore for years and I cannot get it to release
Ответитьso dang helpful! love
ОтветитьI constantly feel like I'm doing a shoulder shrug. Any advice to loosen the upper trap muscles. I don't have much SCM definition or no visible collar bone definition
ОтветитьSt. Joe. Nice. I'm a Lakeshore Lancer myself.
ОтветитьThank you for the info!
ОтветитьWow, that second exercise was... shocking, for lack of a better term. This video helped so much, thank you!
ОтветитьGreat Doc .You get right to the point. Love yur knee stretches. Thank you.
ОтветитьI get shoulder infraction alot from hipping my granddaughter or moving furniture etc.. I thing I'm calling it the right thing. It's kinda like a bursitis. Only thing I might suggest I dont see specifically to suggest
ОтветитьI thank you again for your work..it has helped me soooo much..I've been trying to find a book with these exercises. Do you have one or know of one? If not you need to write one! I'd probably be your first buyer. Blessings health and joy
ОтветитьYour videos are really helpful, Much appreciated!
ОтветитьGreat idea, as many people hunch over mobile devices thede days…. but there is realy no use in showing excersises if we do not see entire posture/body. Should we guess how you position legs or hands? Sorry, but such videos are really not helpful at all.
ОтветитьThank you from the bottom of my heart! I'm following your exercises for the back for a year now and it helped me so much! Now, I have a good back hygiene and strenght, I rarely feel discomfort and my scoliosis has reduced. Thank you so much🙏🙏🙏
ОтветитьThank you for the amazing work you've done.
I'm back to my barista job, and my wrist is really hurting from RSI. Can you recommend a stretch or excercise that can help? Thank you. You're amazing.
I really appreciate the fact that no equipment is necessary. I visit my parents often, who live in a different town, and I don't want to have to take a bunch extra stuff with. All of this is so simple and easy too, thanks!
ОтветитьThanks man I build trusses for 12 hours a night I watch these videos on the weekend
ОтветитьLove it. Thank you dr Rowe
Ответитьthe school tables really don't help with my posture, its to the point where im naturally standing straight but when i sit down i turn into the letter c
