These feel very difficult and make me feel like a failure. In the single leg lifts my weight keeps shifting to the other leg and I'm all lopsided. I end up failing bad at how much I suck

i didn't imagine that the pilates so hard! when i saw the vedio i told to my self oh very easy to do but i really struggled to complete the whole video hhhhh, thank you for you efforts i love it

I was suffering a chronic headache today and chose this 20-minute exercise just to start my month with something. In the first 3 minutes, the headache was GONE. Thank you so much for this video, Nicole. I am feeling so much better, your 20 minutes was way more effective than 5 pills I had taken today with no result.

One of my wrist is so weak I need to put it in a fist to do the plank shoulder tap.. I struggled to do the knee push ups & plank as well bc it hurts so bad… does anyone know how I can strengthen my wrist? Plssss 🙁

Hi Nicole! Thank you! I have been following your videos for about three weeks and they have been my favorite workouts I’ve ever done. After finding your videos, I opted not to join a Pilates club and I’m so happy I chose this route! Coming off of two bedridden pregnancies and c-sections, I found myself in a very tough place mentally and physically. Although I’m not back to my pre-baby state, I feel so amazing. I am also learning to love my body in all its seasons and your videos (especially with the options for easier and low impact options), have been a crucial part of my physical and mental health journey. Thank you 💜

Was doing the clam shell leg movement with the kick and was so happy to hear “two more left”, then i hear “let’s draw those circles” and I literally almost died, but some how I’m able to do the whole work out because your voice is so calming! And it even becomes enjoyable which I’ve never experienced with work outs, thank you so much!

this is day two i keep shaking but i got this
and i’m SWEATING
day 3: —
day 4: shaking still but it’s a bit easier. sweating a little. last part is the most exhausting. and i feel it in my other leg when i do the legs exercises.
day 5: struggled with the last part again. my arms are too weak
day 6: struggling with balance and upper body is still weak but everything got easier so today is my last day doing these exercises I'm going to switch to a harder one

Please do more of these 15 min. full body workouts,they are a life saver for me.🙏🏻❤ I am a mom of a 2 little kids and sometimes I do not have the time nor the energy to do longer workouts,because I am too tired....😢
