Please reply, do we need to get admin access to get access to clients ad account or with partial access we can create, manage or delete ads. Bcoz with partial access I can't see my clients ID in ads manager campaigns drop down list. Kindly help🙏🙏

Whenever I try confirming clients ad account, I get this:
