😮 So pretty. You can hang with Crazy Rich Asians lol (movie reference)
ОтветитьOne trick that works in a lot of situations like this is something I learned from a teacher: treat your non-dominant hand like that friend at a party who says crazy things and you just have to shut them up. Give them an easy task to do that you don't have to think about, so they are distracted and you can be at peace. In other words, doing something like just holding the dough without moving, or just the repetitive motion of pinching should be your non dominant hand, while your dominant hand does the complex maneuvers like stretching, folding, and twisting the dough
ОтветитьThanks Andy. Love a gyoza

ОтветитьNeed more 🎶 KITCHEN TIPS WITH ANDY 🎶
ОтветитьWe make about 150 of these at a time so we can freeze them in meal amounts. They are excellent for this.
ОтветитьJust one more tip.
Traditionally, dumplings were made together. So, if you can, organize a dumpling making day with your loved friends and family. It's an entire day of hanging out and making dumplings while sharing tea, gossip and laughter. Bonus if you have old school school Asian dramas playing in the background. Each person is stuffed full of gyoza and also has a couple trays of gyoza to take home to their family. It's the best way to make them!
