การที่เรามีสติแล้วรู้ แล้วรู้สภาวะไปเรื่อยๆ
สติก็จะแหลมคมขึ้น
สมาธิที่ถูกต้องก็จะดีขึ้น
ปัญญาก็จะเกิดขึ้น
สุดท้ายศีล สมาธิ ปัญญา
จะประชุมลงในขณะจิตเดียวกัน
มันรวมลงในที่เดียวกันได้ ในขณะเดียวกันได้
ด้วยวิธีที่หลวงพ่อบอกนั่นล่ะ รู้สภาวะ
การที่เรารู้สภาวะ ศีลมันเกิดอัตโนมัติแล้ว
ความตั้งมั่นเกิดขึ้นโดยอัตโนมัติแล้ว
ทำซ้ำๆ ต่อไปปัญญาอัตโนมัติมันก็เกิด
จะเห็นทุกสิ่งที่เกิดดับทั้งสิ้น
สิ่งทั้งหลายเกิดจากเหตุ ถ้าเหตุดับ สิ่งนั้นก็ดับ
อันนี้เห็นอนัตตา เห็นอนิจจัง
ตรงนี้เราได้เดินปัญญาอยู่แล้ว
เพราะฉะนั้นการที่เรามีสติ ภาวนาไปเรื่อยๆ
ศีล สมาธิ ปัญญา มันจะสมบูรณ์ในขณะเดียวกันๆ พร้อมๆ กัน

When we have mindfulness and know, and know the state continuously,
mindfulness will become sharper,
correct concentration will improve,
wisdom will arise,
finally, morality, concentration, wisdom
will come together in the same moment of consciousness.
They can be combined in the same place, at the same time.
With the method that Luang Por said, know the state.
When we know the state, morality arises automatically.
Firmness arises automatically.
Doing it repeatedly, automatic wisdom will arise.
We will see everything that arises and ceases.
All things arise from causes. If the cause ceases, that thing ceases.
This sees the non-self, sees impermanence.
Here we have already walked the path of wisdom.
Therefore, when we have mindfulness, continue to meditate,
morality, concentration, wisdom will be complete at the same time, simultaneously.

ปญฺญาว ธเนน เสยฺโย ปัญญาย่อมประเสริฐกว่าทรัพย์ "Wisdom is superior to wealth."
สพฺพทานํ ธมฺมทานํ ชินาติ การให้ธรรมเป็นทาน ชนะการให้ทั้งปวง "Giving the gift of Dhamma surpasses all other gifts."
