The second one has apparently moved. Going in the entrance you showed, the door is locked. Can go in a different way but again that building with the M sign the doors chains are down. It showed the box is up high now and the rope is not down. Can not find a way up onto the building and have tried for hours

there is another hyena crate located at carbon hunter mask location . but cant open the cage door . need find yellow suiz box ..? need help

You don't show how to get to the area on the first box in judiciary Square. You just show you have already arrived. I have went around this building 100 times and can't locate any entrance to get inside.
