strange how one of the crane outriggers is allowed on that apparently unconsolidated clay apron, would have thought the whole crane footprint area needs to be concreted

If the access to the site is supposed to be blocked, and cars still get in, not once but several times, someone did not do their job properly. Cannot blame the car drivers or chances.

Why wouldn’t they have the Mobil crane arrive a day earlier instead of the same day?!.
Seems pretty stupid to bring it since you have time limits already against you.
Just drama not needed.
With the money being spent to do this job it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to add on a little more to have the fox river there with the truck earlier so he is well rested and ready to start fresh.
And here I thought the Germans were intelligent.
