ОтветитьIf I train my wrist like Arthur beterbiev iwould get stronger wrist ( now I got tendon injury)
ОтветитьMy coach, before a fight:
"Don't stop for any reason, look at them (two guys who were brutally fighting before me), they won't stop, even if it means getting hurt".
Advice from people who dont know how to box
Ответить"bounce on the ball of your feet" hecks nah, I aint wasting my stamina from bouncing and throwing punches in your mitts.
Ответить"Always look the opponent in the eyes"
Ответить"Boxing can't help in street fight"
(Advice from an average person, who don't even know about jab)😂
jab with your shoulders not your hips💀
ОтветитьBox without gloves my hands are cutting stinging and bleeding
Ответить"you need big muscles to punch harder"
Ответить“you learn nothing from filming your spars” 🙄
ОтветитьYou are not good for boxing. After 5 or 6 classes.
Ответить"You need more fats to be a good boxer"
~ a random street fighter
This guys in comments are crazy you have to train hard to get better more pain more gain you slowly increase your routine to higher levels until you cannot push anymore thats how Champions are made well the old school kind anyway 😂
Ответить« You don’t need that much cardio for 3 minutes rounds » yeah sure
Ответить"Boxer doesnt need Run/cardio for competion"

ОтветитьLearn to box
ОтветитьPivot your lead foot when jabbing
ОтветитьI saw some one who doesnt even box just fakin and he said dont turn ur hips??? Like should i be a statue or something
Ответить'' It dosennt work in street fights" my friend
ОтветитьSpeed and power wins fights .... took some years and a massive ego check to realise the truth and that is you won't always be the quickest or the strongest but if your always learning and always thinking you can be the smartest and if you match that with good techniques you'll make every fight competitive giving you a chance to win
ОтветитьIt’s ok to get knocked out
Ответить“Never twist your hips when punching, it doesn’t make your punches stronger and it’s bad form.”
ОтветитьYou are too old
Ответить(If ur short u will not be strong) like what the f*c😂
ОтветитьThey are not worst its called finding a better advice
Ответитьrecord yourself training and post it and get a tattoo of a bunch of lines
ОтветитьDon’t lift weights
Ответитьfill in coach spent the entire class rambling and trying to teach us peeka boo, it was mauy thai and we were beginners lmao. i left pretty quick after that.
ОтветитьWouldnt say i got either, but if your coach is on the phone during session, time to find a new gym
ОтветитьAlways twist your hips when punching.
Ответить"Focus on your offense, not your defense. This is an offense gym!"
ОтветитьYou move ur head to much do it less
ОтветитьOk so this wasn’t advice for me, but I walked into my university’s boxing club/team (mostly people just boxing for fitness reasons/fun) and they told me that their last coach told them to hit their target with their pinky and ring finger knuckles 💀. I had to tell them how wrong they were and that you need to hit with your pointer and middle finger knuckles, and they almost didn’t believe me. Eventually i guided them towards the truth because they trusted me since I had actually fought before and was better then everyone else in this club.
Ответить"You should stop because you'd get killed in the streets"
ОтветитьThe song stopped right before the bass kicked in 😔
ОтветитьBoxing is not a martial art
ОтветитьPunch on walls to Get power in hands 😂😂
ОтветитьWatching any Rocky movie
ОтветитьFully extend your punches. As a beginner it's good and dangerous to learn. You should never fully extend but rather almost full. Gonna end up with pain probably like i did in my elbows from trying to punch "fully extended" with every punch.
The same as leg press basically. Don't lock out your arms and knees fully
This gave me chills… in the best way
ОтветитьThis video randomly popped up and I m glad it did
ОтветитьI never been a professional but when I was younger, many of my fellow amateur never lifted weights even the light ones claiming that muscles will slow your performance. They only did boxing exercises, jogging, jump rope, and other cardio exercises. Not even calisthenics exercises.
ОтветитьWeight training makes you slow
Ответить"Don't worry, we can go harder with head gear."
ОтветитьMy friend once said you could just ram into someone to knock them down
ОтветитьNever use your guard only punch and don’t listen to your coach
ОтветитьChin condition 😢😢of 😢
