Yes, if there is any truth to this it does make sense. Japanese and Chinese scientific investigation is stymied by the way they work with strict organization and control. The Russian methods are lacking in sophistication. The American scientific methods offer more individual research freedom only matched closely by German research.

If what Ben Rich said is true that we can take ET home, do that mean that we have sent people to other stars systems and the moon, Mars, and Iapetus. Richard Hoagland said that Iapetus is a hollowed out moon and it has a 12 miles how wall around the center. It looks like a walnut a 900 and something miles wide walnut. He also says that there are structures on the moon that are miles high. With the current class of telescope I believe astronomers can see these things. The moon is only 238000 miles away and with today's tech they can easterly send a probe or a craft to the moon and examine up close those structures. They say that we can not view the flags that the Apollo crews left on the moon because they are so small. I accept that, but how about structures that are several yards or even miles wide and high. Couldn't our land base telescopes be able to see those? Our government and those of other countries do not tell us every time they launch a rocket and based on how many satellites we and other countries have in orbit who know what we and our allies and even enemies have sent off into space How did we get to the current deflect that we have now with basically nothing to really show for it?
