Equipment: Mat, Light Dumbbells
This one's no joke, but if you do it 3x a week, you'll get fit, you'll get fabulous, you'll stop traffic with your buffness, you'll be the life of every party, and everyone will name their firstborn after you.

5 exercises, 3x each.
Set your interval timers for 50 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest.

- Bent Reverse Fly Combo
- Plank Walk Burpees
