I just purchased 2 packs 14 and 16. It seems like one of my packs mustve came from a bad batch. I just washed it and it still is frizzy and tangled. Help!!

@kissmetny hmmm, i would try maybe deep conditoning it. maybe that will help with the frizzyness. and if it doesn't i would contact the company and ask for a new batch...because you paid money for a product that is suppose to be of good quality. you deserve to get what you pay for. please let me know if the deep condition works out for you k :-) k.i.t

VERY HAPPY I STUMBLED UPON YOUR CHANNEL BECAUSE I WILL BE USING THIS HAIR FOR MY VACATION IN 3 WEEKS!! THE HAIR LOOKS SO NATURAL ON YOU!! IS THAT A SEW IN OR DID YOU LEAVE PORTIONS OF YOUR HAIR OUT?

This was a full sew in, I don't like to do leave outs because it becomes hard to maintain and the risk of damaging the leave out is greater. :) Glad you like the vid tho

I was really surprised how the curls came out so pretty after the wash !! i was looking for hair that can withstand ocean water but still be cute when wet lol looks like i found the hair!! are there any special shampoos i should use for washing? sorry for all the questions, i am a natural girl and i have only worn weave twice and im 32. lol still learning:)
