WE FOUND THE BEST BBQ IN THE WORLD!

Is Texas BBQ the best in the world? What about Carolina BBQ? LET'S FIND OUT!

Honestly, we were a bit disappointed with Carolina BBQ, at a restaurant called Rodney Scott's. The meat was only okay... although the sides were great. It was our first time trying hush puppies, which was the highlight of the meal for us. We had high expectations for 'whole hog' but it was pretty forgettable. The meat was kinda cold..? Or only 'warm' at the least.

Anyway, LET'S TALK ABOUT TEXAS BBQ. Wow. We probably don't have the vocab to tell you how good it is. The smoke flavour and aroma is so delicious. The meat is so juicy. It's lip-smacking good. Lewis BBQ will be our favorite meal of our entire road trip. Absolutely, a must eat if you are in the South.

To be clear: The price at Lewis BBQ was double that at Rodney Scott's. So, maybe it is not a fair comparison. But, Lewis was 1000x better so, it is still worth the price.
