I was good friends with someone for 17 years, prior to Trump, and stood by her during Trump’s presidency, even though I didn’t vote for him. But the MOMENT Biden was elected, she ghosted and blocked me, for no reason, other than she was mad that Trump didn’t win again, and took it out on our friendship. That cut me deeply, and broke my heart. Politics never truly mattered, prior to Trump being elected. Again, we were friends for 17 years BEFORE Trump… 21 years total. But because of his presidency, MANY friendships, even families, have divided. It’s the saddest thing I’ve ever seen.
