Go-ing ARI

While the predominant programming environments for Asterisk tend to be scripting languages, such as PHP, Ruby, and Javascript, the structure, and tooling of Go presents an enjoyable realm in which to build telephony applications. We will build up an ARI-based application, highlighting the main points of the library interface, and demonstrating the power of both the language and Asterisk's newest interface.
