Honestly, with all due respect, I'm not sure you did research correctly.
Please don't choose by feeling alone, you have to use rational thinking on what God is. And you can't just go to some websites that could tell you misinformation and false teachings.
You need to go to people of knowledge, people who are considered scholars or teachers of a higher level. Ask them the most difficult questions you can think of, don't hold back on it. They must also show you references and evidance from what they tell you, because you don't want to just listen to people blindly, you want to listen to what God wants from you.
Here's a starting point for you: If Jesus died for everyone's sins and everyone will be forgiven, then what's stopping anyone from committing evil while still believing him to be God, then go to heaven regardless? Another point, nowhere in the bible does Jesus ever say "I am God, worship me," so why do christians think he's God? Here's one for Islam as well, why would Allah let bad things happen, kinda like what's happening in Phalestiiine?
I hope I'm wrong about this, but hearing you mention that you jumped from Christianity, to Islam, to a clut, and back to Christianity, makes me think you're actually not serious in truly finding God and just trying out different things. So, I hope you reconsider your reseach and may Allah guide you to the straight path, giving you Hidaya and prosperity.

Also, side note, the "if someone loves you, you shouldn't change" argument is kinda dumb and self-centered. No one is perfect, but you should try to be better for the person you love, which would mean you'd have to make some changes. Every relationship has some kind of compromise, and it'd be extremely selfish to think they are the ones who have to change if they want to stay with you. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to offend your mom, I just want to you to understand the persective of such a claim. Because life is not some kind of romcom movie, it's a serious matter that God has made rules for to test each person alone. And if you fail the test, we believe such a person will regret it.
As Muslims, we don't hate you nor want to hurt you in any way, and we wish the best for you. But, we would believe the Muslim girl wasn't taught well by her parents or she's extremely defiant. As such, we would say she needs guidance as well, so may Allah guide her.
