for you not getting a coconut from shaking trees, its actually pretty simple, they are considered like seeds in the code, and since you cant get seeds from shaking trees at foraging level 0, you cant get coconuts when shaking trees when level 0!

The reason why you couldn’t get coconuts at the start is because they work like seeds. Trees don’t drop seeds until you level up your foraging.

if you were actually in pelican town for 30 years evading taxes then youd have fully upgraded skills inventory and tools, as well as a ton of money this has shattered my immersion would not recommend

gotta love all the casual cheating (i'm not even referring to the boxes)

2 : theres ISNT taxes
3 : he simply teleported to ginger island and is staying there for the challenge, this guy does a lot of challenges like this
4 : no u cant be "banned", u unlock ginger island later in the game and can go there with a ship for about 1k gold

thats good starting spot though, since for all seasons crops you grow on island wont die off even in winter, if anything its more win then having basic farm!
