QUADDIE BETTING

A Quaddie requires choosing the winners of four races that have been pre selected by the betting agnecy. Normally they are the last 4 races of the day at each venue. Now your looking at some serious money if you get one of these right. The average payout on these bets is upward or $2000 for a $1 bet but I have seen them over $200,000! To pick the winner of 4 races in one go you must admit is pretty hard. But with the advent of flexi betting where you choose an amount of money you are comfortable betting, then you can pick up a percentage of the pool should you win. If you want to try these bets I say go ahead, they are great. Start by choosing runners at different odds brackets in each race. For example when I started quaddies I chose a runner at 5/1 or less, another at 5-10/1 and a third at 10/1 to 30/1 in each race. I then put 3 runners to win each race in the quaddie. My flexi bet gives me around 25% of the pool should I win the bet! Just regard these bets as a fun way to have an intrest in races you might not normally bet in. Let's keep betting easy!
