Hey guys. In many traditional workouts we mainly focus on strength and cardio. However, your body is an instrument that NEEDS stretching, mobility and flexibility, as well as challenging your muscle-mind connection with coordination challenges. I have created a 15 Part Program to combine fitness with the benefits of boosting your flexibility, coordination and mobility.
