Can you connect it to the fridge as well? It won't affect anything would it?

How do you replace filters? It doesn't just click in like this video.

How often do you need to change out the tubing? I'm sure it degrades over time.

I’d like to know the best way to winterize or store this unit when not in use over the winter. It’s installed under the sink in my cabin where temperatures will fall below freezing. Should I remove the whole unit and store in basement (where it won’t freeze)?

Would there be a problem putting the housing box in the basement instead of close under the sink? Will the waste line still work? I don’t have room under my sink.

Most kitchen has no power available under the sink.

What if filling a gallon tea picture or such. If no tank can it filter that much water accurately fast enough?

I'm having a problem with the RO filter, it will go in but once you try to rotate by 1/4, it doesn't budge.

What is the size of the hole on the countertop where we will put the faucet?

Because I have a disposal, there is no room on the vertical drain pipe. Should I put the drain collar on the horizontal pipe after the p-trap? This is a 1 1/2" abs pipe. Will the collar work or does it have to be on a 1 1/4" pipe?

Does it taste like good bottled water?

I really wanted to like to like this product since it save space. After using it for over a year I can say this product is junk. Water taste like Arrowhead from the start. Also the electric part breaks down. I. Switching back to the tank one with no electricity outlet needed. Half the price and better tasting water. Pos system was a waste of time and money. I'm giving mine away for free if anyone wants it.

It’s a snug fit under my sink. Why can’t it be next to a cabinet? Also, unless the people that connected my sink labeled the lines wrong; as I’m running it for the first 30 minutes, is the water supposed to come out hot?

My drain pipe is metal (steel). Can I drill a hole for metal pipes, or do I have to change my drain pipe to pvc pipe? @waterdrop

So I'm guessing I need to drill a hole in my granite to get the RO faucet installed. I don't have a precut hole for that in my sink. Any advice on that?

My pipe is 1/2 inch OD. The converters I got were all 1/2 inch nominal. They didn’t fit. Hopefully I can find a 1/2 inch od female to 3/8 od. Otherwise I’m gonna have to return it.

The only vertical pipe i have is metal. Can the drain saddle collar be installed on metal pipe?

Where does the MNR filter get Installed on the Waterdrop 800g with the UV System? Before the UV (so water feeds from the MN into the UV filter), or after the UV filter (so water would go from the UV filter then into the MN filter before coming out the faucet)????
