ОтветитьGreat video. A suggestion: I use a little water instead of the oil for stir fry. Even though I have a nonstick pan, things can still burn at the bottom. So the small amount of water tempers the heat a little.

ОтветитьBeen studying nutrition for many years and recently became Vegan, I haven’t seen such quality in the content in this channels videos. It all makes sense now. High protein with voluminous foods like veggies will give you the calorie deficit you need as long as you are under maintenance calories while also not feel like you are starving. So simple yet never has it been explained so well and intuitively.

ОтветитьFor the peanut butter to get a lower calorie amount you could use PB2 which is powdered peanut butter, just add water to it.
