Like others had said, you can do better... get a toll brothers home for more property(land and sq) and better design. Darren's has a lot of toll brother home videos that will make you not want to get this. And what is up with that bathroom... you can hurt yourself in that space = trip just trying to get the shower and water will be everywhere.

Nice to have as a rental/income property and tax shelter. Depending on if there is an HOA. Property taxes definitely doable to have as income property. Wouldnt live there myself but there are tons and tons of people relocating to Los Angeles who would lease this in a heartbeat.

The kitchen design with stove right next to front door is not really attractive nor it's practical. I like the overall of the house, just the kitchen.

I bought my house too soon! This is really what California living is all about! All the light, views and outdoor spaces are amazing. The benefit of a LEGAL ADU is a rare commodity in the Los Angeles market. And let’s face it, regardless of what anyone might think, the property is a freaking bargain for LA.

Under a million dollars. well you got that wrong. 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. you got that wrong too. it's actually two bedroom two bathroom with a separate 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. 1 out of 10 for this video really poorly done.

Strangest home for $1.1 million I have seen. No dishwasher was shown. The refrigerator on the other side of the kitchen would get old in a hurry. Odd entry directly into the kitchen. It looked like if someone was cooking, they would need to move to allow entry. Access to the deck area was either by walking through the master bedroom or using the outside stairs, not convenient. The closets were not shown and I wonder if they have built in shelves or drawers. The bedrooms did not appear to have room for a chest of drawers. I would pass on this home. The layout is too bizarre for my taste.

this house is the size of a closet and it's 1000 times too expensive. this is an embarrassement to civilization.

Home situation in LA is so sad. For such a price there is hardly no kitchen. And what a beauty to walk in straight in to the kitchen. Nixes thing in this house is the view. The rest is ok but not for the price.
