SMFH Mike please research the KR and TB. You can watch these hearings if you don’t trust non traditional media. They even tried to get them with a grand jury over this during the last trial. Guess they are no ham sandwich. MA has shocking laws around journalism. There is very little protection. Why are the other journalists not getting the same treatment. They were inside the war room. Full access. But they weren’t protesting and being loud about his beliefs and 1st amendment rights.

Dear Mike, always look forward to learning from you! My mom years ago sat as a juror in a high profile case in the Brooklyn Superior court. Once the trial concluded she talked to me about her experience. Whenever I was called to appear in my state I was always excited to go. Since I was married to a physician every case was health related and because I was the office manager at our medical practice I was always excused. Yet I would have loved to have served as I think of myself as a fair minded individual. I haven’t followed the Read case at all and won’t follow the man who killed the CEO until the trial gets underway. The Lori Daybell case I have followed for years. Karen Read was framed by dirty cops. Anyone that thinks she’s guilty have not listened to the professionals that did the autopsy and the crime scene specialists. John O’Keefes body had no injuries from the neck down ( being hit by a 6000 lbs would leave injuries on the body) John had dog bites/ scratches) BUT the most important information the lead investigator Proctor was FIRED for misconduct on this CASE. I myself was hit by a car and I had countless injuries from the impact of the car. There is no way that if he was hit by the vehicle, his entire body would have been injured. John’s face was beaten, he had scratches and dog bites on his arm , his body from the neck down didn’t even have bruising . Watch the testimony of Brian Albert , Brian Higgins and Jen Mcabe. They were less than stellar. The Judge in the Read case is obviously biased . Plus the jury in the last trial found Karen Read NOT GUILTY for two out of three charges and the third charge that they were stuck on , it was a problem with the court instructions.

The difference between 'Turtle Boy' and Nate Eaton is that Nate chased the crime once he became aware, while TB just jumped in to defend. There is no comparison.

If - IF - someone really wanted a journalist who'd reported on the case at hand to testify, could they also specify that they were okay with that journalist being present during the trial (before they testified)? Or is it an automatic exclusion, that anyone who's on the witness list is barred from the courtroom before they're called to testify?
