I work in a financial department for a small business. I have to write a lot of procedures for the people that I train and supervise because they often have less experience in accounting than I do. The Procedures are often fairly technical how-to, step-by-step. Might this be considered valid experience if I want to apply for a position that would require me to do mostly writing and less training/accounting work?
