My friend and I created our own mutant character with the power to fix things by touching them. Her powers don't inconvenience her much beyond a need to wear gloves when she doesn't want to use it or wants to do the opposite. Her powers are very useful, but have not proven any value in combat. She can fix nearly anything by touching it even items that have been destroyed down to ash. She looks like a normal human being. Would she be an Epsilon classed mutant? Or Delta? Or a different level entirely?
