So i have a real problem with organising myself. I agree to do 2, 3 or 4 things at the same time with different people and miss appointments regularly. I lose note pads and don’t know how to structure the notes i make. For example. Somethings need to be done straight away and others are in the future, if i have them on different pages it gets messy and accessing the right information becomes difficult. And diaries are hard for me to use although I don’t know why i can’t use them properly? I can only get stuff done if it’s an emergency otherwise i seem to feel busy all day but I actually have no work at the end? I’m also embarrassed to ask for help as i think I should be able to do it myself. I won’t use the term ADHD, i just call myself useless because I don’t want to make excuses for being an idiot. But I don’t want to be one anymore. I can’t be one anymore.

Lots of great info. Thank you. The hardest part I have right now is that he can’t get/ keep a job so I can’t get him out of the house - that structured time - and lot of conflict over that.
