My frind has joined tcs 6 months back and she had overlapping between 2 non it companies and after that she worked in cognizant for 3 years and then joined tcs. At time of joining she has given all the details so hr asked explanation for overlapping days and she provided after that hr generated offer letter. Are their any chance that they will ask her to resign.she has a phonecall recording of Hr where she asked he that will overlapping cause an issue and hr told that no we have all the approvals in place so no issues.

This American culture hire and fire came in India few years back, and practically there is no salary upgrade like 20k 15k, 30k.. actually they are giving it for time being, and giving you 12 to 14 hrs work without overtime money, so overtime payment they are giving you as 20k salary.

Its now better to not to join in IT, after engineering, but bad thing is that Modi govt yet not able to create so many manufacturing or other ssectors so that oue most graduates can be absorbed, that China have done.

Tcs is definitely no government job. I am finding job security very low compared to my previous employers. I am kind of stuck now here. Due to high notice period I am not getting interview calls and TCS HR can find some vague reason to fire you anytime.
