This content was really well put together and I am ready for more.

Toned down version: My experience: 5-6 Cat 5 races 2012-2014. Sorry but it must be said that Green/Black Jersey DID CAUSE the accident. Even w the downed rider Trevor tracking backwards, room must be made for a rider having a mechanical. Trevor did not change lines. Approaching a rider ahead ( not side by side ) with elbows out and an extra elbow flick ) is not the safest riding. Elbows out are generally when two riders are fully aware of each others presence and going through a corner together. Elbows out coming from behind simply takes out an unsuspecting rider. The better choice was to pull your elbows in and "squeeze through" with shoulder touching at most. Remember the rider coming up can anticipate the contact, the rider behind cannot, therefore had no time to grip up. Its the reason many stopped racing, its just too dangerous. Disclaimer, I don't know any of the riders in this incident.

The winner needs to be commended for giving extra breath to calling 'on the right' while in full sprint!
