Samsung, like so many others, now works against its customer in the servicing of its equipment, EULA, spyware and now sadly its bloatware. You've lost me as a customer until you remember who pays your bills.

I have the Book4 Pro 360 with the highest specifications. This is my first laptop in over 10 years and my first convertible. I really like it so far. The strengths are clearly the ecosystem and the work involved, moving files, Dex, etc., with my Fold5. Personally, I think the trackpad is actually good, even though I don't have any comparisons, but I find it handy when the laptop is on my thighs and I alternate with my hands. Well, a small disadvantage is that the keys are further back; maybe it could have been narrower from the top. Great video, by the way. 😊

Can I run Linux on it?

Awesome review, learned almost everything I wanted to know. Can you edit photos with the s-pen and lightroom classic? Getting those masks perfect is important to me. 🤠

I'm hesitant to buy anything Samsung after learning a Very expensive lesson about their major appliances. In short: They look great and work great - but if they fail, you're absolutely screwed regarding service. Their service network is absolutely terrible (in the US at least) and spare parts take forever to arrive. Please research first before sinking money into this.

How durable would you describe this laptop? Besides the hinges not being as sturdy, does the laptop have that feeling that if you look at it from the wrong angle it'll break?
I often get this feeling that thin= fragile but I've been trying to get in the mindset that some devices can be sturdy even if they are small/thin (my phone for example o.o he has been through so much more than my laptop).
So how many years of life or what level of resistance would you give this laptop?

does this model have the outdoor mode which pushes the screen to 600 nits - like on the flex. This feature is really useful for outside.

Thanks for taking the cover off, no else's reviews have! That I can find... They're all just basic reading of the spec sheets promos.
Shame it doesn't have a second SSD slot. Plenty of room for at least a 2230 size in there! Suppose I could use the microSD slot as a slow secondary storage.

I tested the speakers at best buy the are inferior to the Hp spectre 14 or Lenovo yoga slim 7x. For some reason they lack base and are not very immersive. Actually, I was surprised based on the specs

I love samsung. I have all samsung products except the laptop but I am looking now to get one. I'm trying to decide between this one and the Book4 Ultra. Any suggestions? Also, I'm not sure how i feel about the large touch pad. I feel like I'd hit it too much by mistake!
