by god this is the perfect takedown of Mouthwashing yet, from the evils of the Pony Express right down to how Jimmy treats all of his coworkers. I was just talking to my husband how Curly is genuinely the only one he can even bother caring about precisely for the reason you mentioned: that Curly acknowledged his existence. my man, you need a raise on these videos.

im sorry, i may just be sour but i find it kind of ironic how this video's sponsor is a learn to code program, but the video analysis mentions the impact of AI on employment, an impact that is very much felt in the computer science field...

I remember when "How Fish Is Made" came out. And that was like, wow cool, weird gross vaguely philosophical surrealism. It has something to say, but it's not very complex. Short and sweet, and weird. And then it had that teaser for "Mouthwashing", which I assumed would be kinda similar. Then "Mouthwashing" comes out with this amazing narrative conveyed with excellent direction. Jeez. So much more than I was prepared for. I'm so glad this game blew up. It deserves all the praise.

Most tonic water has quinine in it; it's what makes it taste the way it does. I figured the contains quinine warning was similar to the fact the mouthwash the tulpar carries contains alcohol. It's something we know is potentially harmful and sort of outdated but is still a common practice because companies care more for profits than for the health of the consumer.

A neat thing is that Dragonbreath is ALSO the brand that makes the ingredient pouches (check the graphics in the recipe book for the nutrition pouches!). The mouthwash seems to be called "X Mouthwash", with Dragonbreath the brand/company. It's not "another company subject to controversies", it's THE SAME COMPANY THAT MADE THE CONTROVERSIAL GELATIN POUCHES and made a sweetener that needs controlled temperatures and can't be stored with sugar because it has some unspecified chemical reaction with the latter.

They're eating dangerous stuff AND shipping dangerous stuff from the same shitty company!

I’m pretty sure everyone has mentioned the possibility of locking Jimmy in a cryo pod for the remainder of the voyage, it would require another person to assist in getting Jimmy there but Swansea could help.

But that would still leave Anya with the baby, Carly’s reputation being damaged and the crew still being let off by the company. But having Jimmy face some accountability and actual justice for his actions would be better than what unfolded on the Tulpar.

Jimmy had no idea what he was doing. Any okay plans were another person (mostly Anya) and the rare time Jimmy had a plan it was stupid and got someone injured. I think Jimmy thought being captain was just sitting back and doing nothing. He wanted the power/ respect, but he didn't want to do anything. It is sad because if Curly wakes up and is rescued how is he going to explain any of it. I guess since it is obvious he was injured before going in the tank and someone worked on him that he wasn't the only survivor before what happened, but how is he going to explain one person going nuts and getting everyone killed... maybe he could play the "A random comet hit us and I got knocked out until the end, which could help him. How cheap and run down that ship was I doubt it had a blackbox that was functioning. That is if he was lucky though. Imagine if they had another game where you woke up as Curly and it was you crawling trying to get the ship to let out a distress signal or something to try to save yourself while hallucinating the others coming after you or just Jimmy.

Jimmy could have been forced into a cryopod after Curly learned the news. However hearing ho Anya said “I told you” when Curly asked who, Curly has probably known for a while before then.
