I remember marching in the early mornings in the Army and the Drill instructors would be yelling out cadence about Juan or Jody taking advantage of our girls back home . Not quite the boost we needed and I think their job was to absolutely piss us off the best they could . It did have the effect to make you look as someone not to mess with - when your loved ones saw how angry you were when they took the customary uniformed soldier pictures to be sent home . LoL !!!

So instead of going after the druglord they decided to off a woman already in jail? And where is the soup? Shanking someone doesnt make that person into soup. This story was dumb, we never got to know the girls perspective and we didnt learn who sent the package. Last third of the story is mc crying over himself. Moreover, I seriously dont think the son or even the girl wouldnt bring up another guy living with in their house for months on end since 8 years ago, that simply doesnt make sense. Also, how the duck does a known druglord can go play house with military housewife? Doesnt he have an operation to run? Intelligence isnt keeping tabs on his whereabouts? Apparently he lives a car drive away from the border and they were not surprised the wife went there. MC never noticed traces of some other dude in his house? Send the soupmaker after that guy, not some 304 rotting in jail.

This isn't an unfamiliar occurrence, especially with servicemen. While I served, there were women we called boomer widows. As soon as a boat left port, these women were out chasing Chads and Tyrones till there hubbies returned. If DNA testing was done today, a lot of families would be getting a surprise with the results. Sad really.
