At first I was like, “two onions???!!!”
I'm very impressed his skill men ship and focus...
Briyani withmeat unwashed before cooking - - yummy 🙃😄😃
The difference in preparation does not matter if the outcome looks so amazing.
I love both Biriyani and Japanese culture.
Their craft and hygiene is very commendable.
If it looks that good (IMO way better than majority of places that serve biriyani in more questionable hygiene conditions) hats off to the chef for the technicalities followed.
Others should learn a bit.
Wish I could taste it. Beautifully cooked.
I love my India 🇮🇳 food 🥘 this is Indian piriyani
Look yum but the price should be to the roof
Maybe 20-30usd I guess
Absolute perfection. Indian chefs must learn that.
The chef was almost going to kill the aromatics of the spices here. A crucial stage of aromatics has been shown here perfectly where most people fail to do and burn the spices. Although he's not going the traditional method and he's no Indian, he still did a good job here. The only complaint I have is WHY CHEF GAVE HIM A SPOON? JUST USE BARE HANDS AND HAVE A FEAST.....🤝
They burned the onions...................when they start to become brown ....take it off.............. the residual heat makes it brown further
Ответитьwash the meat bro.............wtf
Behtreen!
Is biryani Indian dish🤔
HELLLLL YEAHHHHH🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Zen biryani master. Bravo chef!
BIRYANI IS REAL PAKISTANI FOOD
Japanese are very creative. They are known for mastering things and then putting in their own twist. So, maybe a bit unorthodox but the end result, I'm sure, is delicious! Oishii!!
If you don't know how to cook a biryani just don't cook don't insult the traditional Biryani he told biryani and you made your Japanese curry rice
Ek biryani k ly itne sare bhagone
Yahan ek degh me sub bun jata ha
Brother, this is something very rare... Mixing spice in oil is something I didn't see. Got to try. But I congratulate you for recording such a beautiful process of making biryani. Seems Good 👍 good for future
Unhygenic of food preparation, never wash, rinse and boil the bloody meat and never wash the ginger.
It’s so clean , hygienic and everything in this kitchen is in order. And the final look looks so delicious ❤
Ответитьi'm not indian and i appreciate his work. i already ate beryani but its not like this.

Beni soğan yahnisi yapabilirsin adamım🎉🎉🎉❤😊
Japonlara bayılıyorum adamım.❤
Svaka čast na trudu. Čovjek voli svoj posao i pošteno radi.
Looks ok , I am against the usage of tinned ingredients and over fried onions, plus the Beef was not marinated before cooking. It's a C+.
Absolutely Brilliant 🤩🤗👏
Using Kasia instead of proper cinnamon..end product doesn’t look like a proper authentic biryani.stick to sushi.
Everything looks great 👍 and so clean
The Chef's a great biryani master and Japanese/Indian national treasure 🙏👍
It’s his spin on biryani. There is no set rules on how food should be made, every cook have their unique way of making a dish come alive. I think his take on biryani looks delicious.
I don’t know whether to be highly impressed or deeply confused. This method must be for Japanese people consumption because they like very little masala.
We will never make a foreigner dish 100% of the original. Sometimes we must adapt some ingredients to please the country taste. But, if you come close, hats off! In my country, Brazil, we got sweet pizza, strangers combinations of sushi, and so on. But, food is an universal language, and we are always trying do our best!! Well done, Chef!! Respect for those which try do his best!!
Probably tastes better than Indian biryani, and everything is maintained in perfect order unlike an Indian kitchen
Just amazing. Need some potatoes though.
The kitchen was so clean and use good quality ingredients and equipment. Love the technique and end result ❤
ОтветитьSUUUUPPPPEEERRRRR
Love this vidéo, amazing technique!! Just the plastic spoon is à little off and the Coca-Cola!
