Indian Judiciary system is a failure for giving justice to male victims. Hindu Marriage act law is giving monetary benefits to fake girls on basis of fake allegations. The Law should change. And the restitution of conjugal rights law should be strict. Let the wife stay with her in-laws . No alimony should be given to any such girl who don't stay with husband. Its business now a days girls are doing.

I felt shame on system and department who filed case even without minimal investigation and simply filing cases by taking money and moving to court where they simply post pone and not even enquire whether its true/not, but simply ask for money to pay... GOD knows how much he and his family suffered by that many fake cases and the people who filed false cases are least bothered even now itseems 😕.. GOD please remember ATUL brother and many other brothers who are suffering for just because of marrying such women 😢 and do justice for his soul and for his family and for all of them

The Indian legal system is fully biased and is intended only for benefits of the wives. 95% 498a cases are fake, misused by the wives yet no punishment. Indian laws are a total failure, ek kala dhabba, when it comes to equality and gender balance. I am ashamed that I was born in India and ashamed that I am a Hindu male. 😢

It's a case of sheer misuse of law and power by the wife and the judge.

Legislature must pass law to wrap up cases in family courts within 6 months to prevent such harrassment.

There must be cap on alimony and maintenance considering important factors.

And its high time we bring in prenup.

This is neither the first nor the last case. Prime Minister Modi must understand that the current one-sided laws and decisions favoring women are causing significant harm. We do not wish to only have decisions made in our favor, but we do ask that you listen to us as well.

Under the current legal framework in India, it seems as though all men are portrayed as Ravana, and all women as victims, which is far from true. Respectable individuals, particularly men, are often treated unfairly when a woman files a complaint. If a woman goes to the police station, the man is often treated like a criminal, even if he has not committed any offense. The police act as though they are mere instruments to intimidate and harass the man and his family. Women often use the police like a dog to threaten their husbands or in-laws, with the police, like obedient dog, quickly moving to act against the family, often without assessing the truth of the situation.

This is what led to the tragic death of Atul Subhash. Atul Subhash was not just an ordinary person; he was a highly skilled AI programmer. Such individuals are rare in India. What is the value of losing such talent? If he had chosen to settle in a country like the USA or Canada, he could have had a lucrative career, but he chose to stay in India because he believed in the country's judicial system, in the hope that "Satyamave Jayte." Unfortunately, he did not live long enough to see that hope realized, and he had no other choice but to take his own life.

Sadly, many people like Atul Subhash are either ending their lives or leaving the country in search of a respected life. India is losing its valuable talent, and what does it gain? Nothing but disgrace on the global stage.

Now, it is time for the government to decide: Does it want to continue losing intelligent, successful individuals like Atul Subhash? If the government wants to take such a path, it should consider passing a law that allows the police to immediately take lethal action like shoot that man immidiatialy , who is accused by a woman. This would, at least, put an end to the lives of people like Atul Subhash in a single moment. However, the current judicial system—if it even exists beyond taking bribes at every turn—will continue to destroy lives slowly, while the police continue their harassment, as they have mastered this unjust practice.

Atul was murdered by our judicial system and it's penal code, no doubt......
But men will never protest when companies play tricks on them like men will be men, batting for women power by SBI etc….
Also in movies they always insult a man saying that all men are after girls and father is worthless while father always makes huge sacrifices but never complains.
Everyone including a few men are celebrating Women's Day but no one is celebrating Men's Day.....
Men have always fought and sought justice from justice system for women but look at their character they will never join your fight and help you get justice but they will blame you.....
When you try to fight against them they ask you don't you have mother, sister, aunty etc but when they are fighting against men you can't ask them, do you have father, brother, uncle etc....🤦
