She has to know more than she is letting on, otherwise why would Blake ask her to erase texts, and why would Justin himself say Taylor was involved in different ways. I think Taylor needs to say something, whose side is she on?

The defamation was dismissed WITHOUT factoring in 47.1 at all. 47.1 says that not only justin can't sue for defamation, but that justin would also be liable for treble damages. The judge dismissed defamation because all the "defamation" that occurred was covered by litigation privileges (CRD complaint + related conversation). This is actually better for justin. defamation was a long shot anyway. getting dismissed NOW is so much better for them than fighting off 47.1. that will be an EXTREMELY messy fight that justin doesn't need. He shouldn't be the martyr nor the sacrificial lamb for 47.1
