ОтветитьI’ve done this video several times before as well as some of your other short workouts, and it is truly amazing which you can get done in 10 minutes. That’s why people should not get discouraged. You can’t get out into your life, physical activity, think how many 10 minute segments you spend each day sitting in front of the television when you could be doing something to improve your health and make you feel good.

ОтветитьThese 10min sessions are great for after I've done a yoga class. I tend to build up a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck during yoga and if I don't loosen it after class it triggers migraines but these workouts stop that so thank you! :)

ОтветитьJust discovered your videos this winter & I absolutely love them! I like that there's no talking during your workouts, the countdown times are displayed & the next movement is shown. Simple & effective! Now, you have to share (pleeeeeease) the brand of leggings you're wearing because I love the pastel swirl pattern! They are lovely.

Just a question please. This says 1606 steps, even not kicking but stepping, I can't past 1100. How do you count please? I use 2 others of your videos with the same results, 2-300 steps less than your count. Love the videos though, thank you. x

ОтветитьCan I make a plea for more fun dance style but shorter videos. 10 minutes long or even five occasionally. There are a huge number of people who are massively deconditioned, who have CFS or long Covid or are otherwise unable to exercise for very long - Sure we can do the first third or the first quarter of one of your other videos but there’s something incredibly satisfying about actually finishing something. You get a mood boost from going from the start to the end of something - not feeling like you gave in halfway because your body simply can’t do anymore. And maybe other, more capable, less incapacitated people would be able to fit it in multiple times a day. Just a thought

ОтветитьAs well as the morning, I try to exercise before going to bed: it helps me sleep. Sometimes I feel so tired I don't want to bother. That is when I go to this little video. It's a gem. It always puts a smile on my face, and I go off to sleep feeling relaxed and just that little bit virtuous. Thanks, Jules.
