ОтветитьRedfin and Zillow caused the value of homes to skyrocket in Colorado! The bought up thousands of properties over asking. They also caused a shortage of homes. It was a nightmare trying to buy a house in 2021. The houses we looked at were under contract before we left the house tour.

If we teach our youth about mortgages, rental agreements, legislation and all the other complex components that effect daily life through out their adolescent years instead of just a couple of semesters of economics before tossing them into the deep end of adulthood, then homelessness wouldn’t be a problem.

ОтветитьI’m actually scared for those who bought over asking price and think they got a great deal bc of the low interest. You actually got ripped off bc that $650K home is only worth $440K. Insurance companies will pay you the actual cash value of your home, not the market value. The market needs a correction, but we will not see prices plummet like in 2008.
ОтветитьI was homeless for 3 years after leaving an abusive ex-husband that used litigation abuse to drag me through the court for 3.5 years. I prayed to God for provision with other believers around 2 years and 7 months homeless, and God gave me a job which allowed me to get housing.
