Hi GenX friends!

Deep breaths everyone….I’m trying lol.

I know tensions are high, emotions are high.

We have made our choices.

Now we wait and see.

This is my friendly reminder to be mindful about how you spend your time and energy over the next 24 hours.

You are in control, you set the priorities for your life.

While it’s very tempting to watch every second of the election results as they come in…

Remember to put yourself first.

When you are in your best mental and physical health, you are in a space to make the best decisions.

You are in a space to be the best partner, parent, business owner, friend, etc…..that you can be.

And that’s what is real. All of this other stuff is for show.

Praying for peace in our country, and peace for our world. 🌎🇺🇸

I believe this is the beginning of a new era.
