Resilience is about turning obstacles into opportunities. Keep believing in yourself, no matter the challenges ahead! 💪🌈 What’s one opportunity you’ve found through adversity?
ОтветитьThank you for this video. I really felt lose my life. Im gonna set which direction i will take now
ОтветитьResilience is kind of like discipline, even when something bad happens, you still have to keep going because it helps you grow in the long run, even if right now you may be in pain mentally or physically or just do not want to.
ОтветитьThis video will definitely get you teeth knocked out for being wrong.
ОтветитьThis was extremely helpful thank you
ОтветитьThank you for this video, I just realised that I have currently done the opposite of most of the things you've listed and I need to change. Thank you so so much

ОтветитьGreat concise tutorial. Anxiety relieving just watching this 😊
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this good info
ОтветитьMy younger sister is going through her cancer stages, my family is horribly dysfunctional and we were taught zero resilience and instead learnt to dwell into hypertension, anxiety and piety. Learning resilience for me at the age of 24 is still a big lesson for me.
ОтветитьThese were 10 very good points. I do have a question about your illustration of the 'life is not always fair' section. Why was the teacher with the ruler, holding it in a threatening position standing over a little boy, black and the little boy was white? Does this not send a 'racist' message to the listener? Why could they be either same race or neutral in color. Was this just a subconscious rendering or perhaps a personal experience? Either way, it was just something I observed and wanted to ask about. 🤔
ОтветитьLove number 10!
ОтветитьThis is the perfect message for me today. Thanks for this 🙏

ОтветитьMost people want to feel strong, be respected and feel safe. Some people think that in order to be resilient and confident one needs to be strong externally. Try to impress others, be arrogant, tough etc. This is why some people go to the gym, get big muscles etc. So that no one will dare to attack them or mess with them. But when someone wants to have real resilience, they also must have internal strength.
ОтветитьI'm gonna sound like a loser here but I saw all of my challenges in life as quests to continue, like in a story game. I may sound like an absolute dork but I'm now happier than ever
ОтветитьIf 2020 was the hardest for most..,try being BLACK!! We gotta CONTINUIOSLY fight viruses, soft genocide, Willy Lynch, police brutality, drugs sent to our neighborhood by the man, injustice, black holocaust ,syndrome ,brown water, pollution in our neighborhood, medical neglect, predatory EVERYTHING!! But happy that your pandemic is over
Ответитьwhat if i already procrastinated for 3 years, havent gotten shit done, and now the task is so big i feel overwhelmed, i already screwed up step 1
ОтветитьRacist against black children

ОтветитьWe just had a death in the family and it’s been very hard. Thank you for this. I will listen to it again and again if I need a reminder.

ОтветитьYou made a HUGE mistake in vilifying OJ in cereal.
It's FAR better that baby cow juice. I've done OJ in cereal for DECADES and it's tastier, better for me physically and mentally and it's tastier.
It's also far better tasting :)
