My question is " can an agent charge a commission fee to another agent?" My friend joined a "team" and has a broker/agent commission split along with another agent/agent.

Hi Rico, If my team is offering 80/20 on the self generated leads and most of my leads are self-generated should I still not join the team? they also said no requirement on cold calling or following up on leads just do your thing! What to do? leads split is 75/25 and this team is a branch of our brokerage, i am a solo agent as of now. The cap is half with the tam and the split is 5% better.
