It’s time to start the final and very important step before we leave all our veg to fend for themselves outside permanently - this is the process called ‘hardening off’.

This is where all the plants that have been living inside our houses on our sunny window sills are gradually acclimatised to the outside environment, by leaving them outside during the day and bringing them inside at night.
