Maguro sashimi rice bowl
[ Things to prepare ]
Any Maguro (200g in the video)
Nikiri soy sauce
*Nikiri soy sauce is specialized for sushi and sashimi
Wasabi
❶Do the same "Defrosting method" for better taste until the surface turns white, then place in ice water.
➋Dry the maguro with paper towel.
❸Put the nigiri soy sauce and tuna in a zip lock bag and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
❹Cut the maguro into 1cm pieces.
❺Fill the bowl with rice, arrange the Maguro on the top and finally garnish with wasabi if you like.
