Basubuzi have been cheating the public in pretense of taxes in this case with CHINA TOWN investing inn Uganda it has opened fairness in Pricing which is really good for the citizens. Just imagine I have always wondered how and why things are cheap in other countries yet when it comes to Uganda (Kampala) the price is almost double. Compare shopping on line, fore those who know, it is normally very cheap than buying it on the streets of Kampala. Yet these very "Basubuzi" are the ones living large in luxury at the expense of the citizens.
