ОтветитьThis workout is great IF you have cut your teeth on beginners Pilates for a while.. this is a great next step. OR.. if you are young and flexible to start with, you should be fine! Greatly enjoying this but could not have started with this as a first step.

day one: ✅ || was a bit hard because im not used to it yet. definitely felt the burn!
day two: ✅ || still a bit hard! trying to adjust to the workout
day three: ✅ || getting easier … and my flow is improving!
day four: ✅ || noticing some results! (slightly less bloating)
day five: ✅ || less bloating than normal after eating meals!
day six: ✅ || overall flow of the workout is improving...pausing way less
My neck hurts after these workouts...is there a different way to hold your neck to reduce strain?

day 3: ✅️ got farther but the burn is still so intense!
day 4: ✅️ getting a lot better + got farther!
So useless. I burn more calories eating
Ответить1) most of my ab workout for this was trying to look at my propped up phone to see which side of her body she was working 2) this music made me feel like I was in the 1 Million Merits episode of Black Mirror 3) why are there no notes whatsoever about proper form? If I knew how to do this properly I would not need to watch your video.
ОтветитьIt took me 22 minutes to do with all additional break ups. So if you’re not that strong as me, it tooks more than 15 minutes

Damn. I love this workout. I could already feel the pain in the second exercise. I did this everyday for a month while eating less and I can already see the difference.
