They are really people who have their feet firmly planted into the ground. Sat behind them in airasia economy seats and both of them were simply having a good time talking and laughing without any worry about people overhearing their conversation.

it doesn't matter what kind of house you have small or big.. as long as you have a house that is enough..👍

HDBs nowadays nicer than Condos. Good foreigners cannot buy to mess up the housing market there.

Felicia is such a natural & polished presenter. She’s so effectively bilingual. I love that their house is filled with meaningful items and not just things to show off. I love their open attitude & they radiate kindness & gratitude. Would love it more if Jeffrey had said Felicia is the master of the house at the credit roll.
