It is somewhat frightful that the state would cite a violation of its "peace and dignity" as the victim in these instances. They are terms that seem to have endless connotations. For example, peace is not a synonym for "nonviolence". In fact, the seeking of peace is often used as a justification to use much violence. Peace can be a graveyard. Peace can be where there are no disruptions or dissent
