Out of nowhere I suddenly started thinking of this song and just had to listen to it. It's been years since I last heard any Jars so listening to it was a really good idea.

Falling in love with the truth...greatness

Here in 2022. Jars of clay is one of my favorite Christian bands ever. Their lyrics are second to none. Their early songs bring back memories of when my walk with Him began and they remind me that He is still beside me.

I have three wonderful daughters and this one always reminds me of my oldest . As a parent our prayer always is for that dramatic relationship with jesus for our kids as well as our self

This song is like a testimony. I grew up listening to it as a child. I loved Jesus in the most simple terms, but now as an adult, I long for an equally as sincere but even more deep understanding and relationship with Jesus.

My devo this morning was about running into Jesus’s open arms and I immediately thought of this song. I hadn’t listened to the song go probably 20 years and had imagined making a music video for it when I was a teen and it came out. I’m so glad someone took the time to make this. It really blessed me (and made me cry again!) today. Jesus loves you (and me) so much. What a friend we have in Jesus. ❤️🙌

The irony of bible belt christians in America enticing more people to become atheists because of corruption in the churches.

I feel this song so deeply. I remember it all, the flowers, the smell of the grass, the warmth of the sun on my face and all the while knowing there was a God and i somhow knew Him. It took a long time until I really knew Him. Do not ever give up on that feeling you had as a child. Keep pursuing, keep asking, keep knocking. Seek and you shall find. He has designed it this way for a purpose. Seek Jesus, the lover of your soul.
