I’m not a runner, but I’ve recently gotten into mountain biking. Getting in better shape to help prevent a second stroke is my motivation. Thanks for these videos. I’m watching this right after getting in from a 4 mile ride. Baby steps, but at least I’m starting.

Ugh u just reminded me the next mile is coming up. I dread it but I'm excited for it. I'm not much into the segments but they are cool to see. Great vid and tips. Congrats on the 80 mile week.

I think the biggest problem with Strava segments is that there are some fake (or GPS jump) times that make it onto the top places of the leader board. Although I did hear that Strava was suppose to be allowing users to flag up suspect times?
