ОтветитьI’m not a runner, but I’ve recently gotten into mountain biking. Getting in better shape to help prevent a second stroke is my motivation. Thanks for these videos. I’m watching this right after getting in from a 4 mile ride. Baby steps, but at least I’m starting.

ОтветитьI think the biggest problem with Strava segments is that there are some fake (or GPS jump) times that make it onto the top places of the leader board. Although I did hear that Strava was suppose to be allowing users to flag up suspect times?
