What you think about the hair industry for us? I'm a hairstylist and thinking about moving that way. Do you think it will be feasible?
ОтветитьI've heard good and bad . The heat and the increase in homeless and drugged out fentanyl flood won't be a positive for those older low income people that are considering moving there. I'm sure it's not a big problem for some locations but something to keep in mind. Crime comes with this. Just my opinion. Thanks !!!!
ОтветитьCan you tell me about the dust storms ,it’s bad for asthmatics ?
ОтветитьWhat cities don’t have the scorpions and beetles?
ОтветитьThis is my second time in Arizona and I love it. It's so different from Philadelphia. I am considering moving out here. I'm tired of the snow and cold weather. Thanks for the info.
ОтветитьExpensive housing, they are targeting people who work in the tech industry; they are making bank.
ОтветитьMad respect for your upbeat attitude and open mindedness. Alot of people if not most just be negative all the time. Not just about the weather but about life in general. That said ive lived in and all around AZ most my life. Moved here when i was 5 from Livermore Cali. And i really couldnt imagine living anywhere else! Now being that you havent been here too too long cant blame you for getting A few things wrong. For some of them it really does boil down to what part of the valley you live in. Like in Phoenix your not very likely to see alot of Scorpion's simply because concrete and asphalt arent their ideal places to live & hunt. Though they do love brick walls. AZ is actually home to more species of Scorpion than anywhere in the world we have like 15 different kinds here ranging in size and color. Just cause you dont see them doesnt mean that they arent there. I live in AJ towards the Superstition Mt. & I kill atleast 1-2 A night in my yard! Yes i do go out every night to hunt them. Anyone living in AZ whether in the city or A more rual area should invest $12.00 in A big blacklight flashlight at the Home Depot. I recommend burning them over stepping on or smashing them. Cause ive had those suckers Opossum Me before, then take off! If you can fit an ID card into A crevis/crack anywhere around your place. They can fit even the big ones! They can walk on walls ceiling's prettymuch any service except glass. They dont have to eat often, and can stay in one spot without moving or feeding for months if they have to. They can be very quick & are not afraid to charge at you no matter how big you are! We do have some of the biggest spiders here, A few of them include Black widows, AZ Browns (which reassemble Black widows), Brown Recluse that have necrotizing venom that basically eats away your muscle tissue leaving holes in your body wherever it bit you. If bitten and A pimple looking cysts forms. DO NOT POP IT!!🙅♀️ In doing so you release the venom and could quite possibly have eggs laid under your skin! No JK! Get to the hospital get that shit checked out! You know when your looking at one of them because they're color can almost seem like A translucent brown, but also the legs are different than your typical spiders are. They walk in A weird gliding motion i think reassembles A octopus. Rattlesnakes AZ is home to some 13 different breeds of them. Again size & colors ranging from speckly blues to black to grey and browns! Rule of thumb if it appears to have eye brows that scowl at you and 4 nostrils instead of 2! Dont touch it! Back away slowly. I know alot of people will say they got chased by one or some stupid nonsense like that! It simply isnt true. They wanna get away from you as fast as they can if they can. Generally if you find A bull snake or King snake in or around your home. Leave it too alone. Keep it at your house. They kill Rattlesnakes and are not aggresive to humans. Theyre the best yard pet to ward off snakes! But if snakes just aren't your thing period? You can call Rattlesnake solutions they can educate you how to minimize the chances of you finding them at your home. They will remove them, and even help fortify your yard to keep them out! Even if you love the heated weather, you should at all times have multiple bottles of water with you. Heat stroke or exhaustion can kreep up on you faster than you think. It dont take long out here for it to literally kill you! Too many people die out here every year because of this! Shades for your car windshield & windows, and sterringwheele cover or oven mitts are essential. If its 110° outside its atleast 150°-170° inside your vehicle! Leather seats are not recommended unless they are vented cooled seats! Tires i cant stress this enough. Your Tires are the only thing between you and the road. So making sure your tires have tread and are properly inflated is essential. The roads get so hot here that tires often blow or shred apart causing accidents. Discount tire will actually patch, repair, check your air pressure, and check your tread for you all for FREE! In an attempt to make our roads safer to drive on! If you travel using the vast Valley Metro system. Invest in A Camelback, and always keep it full. Its actually illegal in this state for (ANYONE) be that A business or someones home to refuse you water at anytime of the year! If you feel overheated dont be shy about knocking on someones door to ask for water! It may be hose water but itll save your life! Me personally I do not leave my home without first packing A cooler full of ice waters and many many ice packs. Ill give them to people on street corners that look like their dehydrated cause it could be what saves they're life that day! Rents have always required that you make 3 times as much, its not A new thing. Though rents have gone up these past few years. Theres not too many appartments out east as there are more in the city. There are more being built, but no one out here is happy about it! Dont be worried when going out in public and seeing alot of the population open carrying! We got you if something goes down, so you should infact feel safer knowing that everyine around you is packing! If you have issues with Guns? Maybe AZ isnt the place for you! Also if moving here from another state we ask that you embrace our culture being that it we were here before you. IE if you want peace and quiet in your home dont move next door to A racetrack then complain about the noise! Same goes for horses dont move next to someone with horses if the smell will be an issue. Its the wild west its kinda what this place was built on! We have A very diverse huge art scene here. Just walk through any tempe neighborhood to experience A vast artistic culture. We're kinda like Australia in the sense that we have alot of different wild life that can kill you from Mt. Lions, Bob Cats, Bears, Elk, Coyotes, Foxes, Skunks, Raccoons, Javelina, Heal a monsters, Badgers, Hawks, Eagles, Owls, and those are just the dangerous ones! Theres also horses Jack Rabbits, Deer, Mt Goats, Roadrunners, Woodpeckers, Vultures, Bats, Packrats, Roofrats though those are pretty new out here. They hitched rides with alot of people moving from back east out here. We have centipedes the size of small snakes! Tarantulas many kinds, and wasp's that can in some cases kill you but are more known for killing tarantulas 10 times they're size and dragging them underground to save for later! And if the desert isnt your thing A quick 45 minute drive will find you in Pine trees maybe even snow depending on what time of year it is! Oh and Arizonans are hella nice excepting diverse people! Who dont care where your from or how dangerous it was! If your disrespectful or rude to us! Your in for A real rude awakening cause we dont take no BS from No one out here, and are not afraid of and are known to Snap Crackle and Pop MoFo's in theyre faces if they step out of line! That said everyones welcome here we like diversity and are open to new things. Just try to stay out of trouble cause trust & believe our jails are the absolute last place you wanna find yourself for any period of time!!
Ответитьits HELL i rather be homeless in a cooler place then be weslthy in Arizona lol
ОтветитьYasss. I’ve had prepaid lights for 5years. I spend less money with prepay than I ever did with a monthly bill. And I get to pay them whenever I get paid or however I wanna pay it.
ОтветитьWhy are all the ghetto black people from Chicago moving to Arizona? I'm black and thinking about moving to Arizona, but I'm more introverted and a lot of hood black people from Chicago talk and act like they are still living in 2006, it's a little scary.
ОтветитьAbsolutely real.
Ответитьwe get it you got ur nails done.
ОтветитьI'm thinking about moving to Phoenix is there alot of black people there my job I'm transferring there
ОтветитьI feel you exploring the world 🌎 exactly I can relate I moved from Minneapolis last year
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьHello 2U my brother lives in Phoenix..moving there soon
ОтветитьDoes super diverse mean lots of white folks.....
ОтветитьBest thing to ever happen-influx of Californians and other states. It was not always a diverse state, bigoted, conservative. Now it's finally going more to center. Main thing don't confuse Phoenix with rest of state that is beautiful. Especially Sedona.
ОтветитьThank you for this video! My spouse and i found it very helpful!
ОтветитьHi thanks for the video my family and I interested in moving soon to AZ any realtor you recommend please send me details.
ОтветитьAnswer to your question, who is making the money and who is it for; its for mostly wht people. Studies have shown that many of them is getting a 120 trillion dollars inherentance. I know because I live in Schaumburg next to South Barrington, and I am sure you know the area. They are also working the higher paying jobs, just like chicago and everywhere else in the country.
ОтветитьYou are definitely from Chicago, I just can't say West or Southside. Your hand gestures are entertaining, is it because you just got your nails done? I'm thinking of Snowbirding first, then making a move.
ОтветитьI visited Phoenix when I was a kid and the environment is completely different than LA. As far as Weather goes, I’m more of a Hot Weather Person. Shorts and Flip-Flops for me! 😎 Considering moving out there! 😊
ОтветитьThank you so much. Very helpful to hear from other folks from the culture. I’m thinking of moving there.
ОтветитьDo you think it’s a good place to move and find a job if you have felonies. I’m coming from Florida this January to check it out snd try to find a place to stay near sierra vista. I have a son there. . .
ОтветитьI went to phoenix a few days ago to see what it looks like. I live in Merrillville Indiana and I’m always in Chicago. Ive been wanting to move to Phoenix. Now i’m hesitating a little bit because of my fear of the unknown.
ОтветитьThanks for the feedback. Planning on moving to Phoenix
ОтветитьThank you for all the info! I am wanting to move away from southern Illinois (though I grew up in Aurora, a suburb of Chicago, I’m sure you know where that is) to get away from the cold and close minded people! I love it out west and love Phoenix especially! I’m just trying to figure out how to come up with the money to make a cross-country move. Also, how to rent an apartment before I have a job. I really liked your video because you talked about things that I haven’t necessarily heard in other Phoenix videos which are usually realtors posting them. Like, I don’t care where the best golf and boating is, tell me how I’m gonna afford the AC every summer! 😂 I had never heard of pre-pay electric, but it’s definitely something I’d be interested in if I move to Phoenix. The heat sounds not so great in the summer, but here in southern IL it averages 90’s a lot and that’s with a ton of humidity that makes it feel like well over 100 degrees, so I’d much rather take the dry 100+ degree heat. Also, in Phoenix there are plenty of indoor (Air conditioned) things to do, unlike where I currently live. And in Phoenix, except for 3-4 months of super hot weather, you have like 8 months of beautiful, sunny weather. The only thing I’m really nervous about is that I’ve never lived in a huge city before and where I currently live has like zero crime…well, except drugs but that’s everywhere. I’m worried I’d be super paranoid about the crime in a big city, but I know it just depends on the area. Do you have any dogs? I’m wondering about if I’d have to buy boots or those dog mocs for my dog so his paws don’t get burned in the summer.
ОтветитьWhats the light bill like lol ?
ОтветитьI appreciate your breakdown of Arizona 💯
ОтветитьIs Glendale a good area to live in?
ОтветитьEven if its boring i would move there just for the heat, i am about to leave jamaica an i am here searching for the hottest state in America, something is wrong with my blood i cant even take cold front in jamaica much less living in a cold state.
ОтветитьI’m from Chicago moving to Arizona this year. Thanks for this video

ОтветитьSomeone doesn’t get their nails done often ❤
