Aomais Go - Functions, and how to pair the speakers

My speaker will not charge. The manual says when speaker is totally drained, you have to reset. But it doesn't say how to reset.
The charger does nothing. Can you help?

After using my aux cord to connect to my laptop now it doesn't come back to the bluetooth since then. What should I do it's not connecting or anything I drain the battery but still the light for aux still on.

I bought two of these this week on Amazon, they will pair together but cuts in and out. Will not play together clearly, just keeps cutting in and out . I even thought maybe it was one of the speakers, so Amazon sent me another one and it's still doing the same thing. Please help

When buying two of these speakers, make sure that they are the same model. Even though they look the same, there are multiple models. The newest model is bluetooth 5.0. Older models are 4.2.

I don't see the Karoke plug and Volume dial on the side. Looks identical to these speakers though.

I have really enjoyed the sound of these Stereo Speakers on Boats. Great sound...but I purchased a green one to replace one that I broke. It will not link up in stereo. each speaker now has its own blu tooth address. I call and call and leave messages...sent 5 fb messages...no response....voicemail full. Guess the Corona got them...over and out.
