ОтветитьI have constipation and loose stool and diarrhea, basically ibs. Can handle a lot of heat and don't feel hot much, have cool feet. But the moment i sweat i can't stand Myself, gotta take a shower.

I'm lean and I do enjoy long walks and long discussions and my favourite breakfast is Rusk with tea n I love salads. You are spot on. I will make all these lifestyle changes. Just wanted to know is all this applicable for a vata Pitta prakruti type as well?

ОтветитьWhat brings about balance in a highly reactive system? The practice of waiting and non-doing. Vata types need low to moderate exercise intensity levels, i'd say preferably rhytmic, like walking, swimming or cycling. Benefits from intake of foods that contain lots of fats and build ojas such as ghee, dairy, almonds, oils. Warmth, hot teas. Focus on grounding work and activities and plenty of rest and sleep to counteract the edgy kind of energy. Namaste 🙏🏻
