WATCH: Bondi says Trump ineligible for a third term 'unless they change the Constitution'

Under questioning from Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del., Pam Bondi, President-elect Donald Trump's nominee for U.S. attorney general, said Wednesday that Trump could not run for office again in 2028 -- unless changes are made to the U.S. Constitution.

Bondi is a former Florida attorney general and has been a longtime ally of President-elect Donald Trump. This is the first of two confirmation hearings the committee has scheduled.
